You will receive pampered treatment from the first phone call, to your last dance. We take good care of you, before, during and even after your event! Whether your event will be a big production, small family affair, or somewhere in-between, you can count on us to have the appropriate music, equipment and disc jockey to fit your needs. With our expert pre-planning and event coordination, you will be able to relax and enjoy yourself. We go out of our way to make sure your event turns out just the way you had imagined.  

The Shrewsbury String Quartet has been playing together since 1999 and performs at over 200 weddings and corporate events each year. We offer a wide repertoire consisting of lighter classical selections, show tunes, Beatles and popular music. We will start playing prelude music about a half hour before the wedding starts. We will play something special for the mothers and grandmothers to be seated, and processional music for the bridesmaids and bride to walk down the aisle. We can also play special music during the ceremony, for a unity candle, communion, meditation, etc. We will then play for the bride and groom to recess from the altar, and postlude music as your guests are leaving. This would cost $675.00 for a quartet, $550.00 for a trio or $425.00 for a duo. If you hire us for a ceremony and cocktail hour, the combined fee would be $1175.00 for a quartet, $925.00 for a trio or $675.00 for a duo.
