Cutting Guest List

I need help cutting down our guest list. We had originally anticipated about 150 guests MAX. Well, that didn’t happen. I never realized how big our families were until we wrote them in a list that came to slightly over 175 before any friends, co-workers, or our parent’s friends. I want to include everyone, but again, they are not footing the bill. How can I cut the list without (1) feeling bad and (2) pissing off those who aren’t invited? Any ideas???
